Emotions are energy, repressed emotions block our energy. Exhausting us and making us sick. This makes our energy stagnant.
The universe’s currency is energy, which you acquire when you begin to pay attention to something. Let’s say you dislike that person. It returns your feelings and makes you even more irritated when you let your consciousness concentrate on that and feed your own energy.
They are negative energies. The more you keep them amused by concentrating on them. the greater your energy loss. Some situations will try to test your patience by getting you to overreact, overthink, and make us give life force/energy to things that don’t need it.
Instead of worrying, we should utilise our energy to create, trust, glow, manifest, and heal.
Whenever you find yourself reacting to something that doesn’t deserve your energy. Always affirm, “My peace is more important.” To yourself.
